The Program
An unforgettable experience designed just for you.
Meet, mingle, and connect with new friends in a lively, relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss out on this chance to unwind and enjoy the evening with great company!
What is happiness—and how do we truly achieve it? In this opening session, Arthur explores common misconceptions about happiness and how misguided efforts to improve our lives can actually (counterintuitively) make us less happy.
Group Dinner
Every cell in our bodies needs oxygen to function properly. Join us in this engaged breathing practice that can decrease the effects of stress on the body and increase overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Social psychology and evolutionary biology point to better ways to understand our emotions. In this session, Arthur will expose the myth that feelings are “good” or “bad”—and show instead how we ought to manage our emotions for greater happiness.
We all navigate life with a unique emotional style—but most of us don’t know what it is. Take the "PANAS" survey, uncover your emotional profile, and learn how to play to your strengths while managing your blind spots.
Group Lunch
Finding one’s calling is a difficult business, but it should feel exciting, not draining. Arthur explores how to uncover meaningful work and reveals the fascinating social science underpinning work addiction and its impact on our relationships.
Charging toward success can be rewarding—but left unchecked, it can lead to misery. Bryce explores ancient philosophy on worldly idols, helps you identify your own, and offers a self-assessment to reveal how much control it has over your life.
A guided, playful practice of intentional laughter, breathing exercises (pranayama), and improvisational movement, designed to create space for joy, breath, and peace in the body. No yoga experience required.
Rekindle your passion for life and living purposefully in this ritual of detachment and transformation; open space for happiness to flow more vibrantly through your life.
Ease your way into the day with graceful flowing movements to integrate mind and body, control breathing, and generate internal energy and mindfulness within us.
We can earn success, but not what matters most: love. Arthur and Bryce explore “real” vs. “deal” love, and guide you through a romantic attachment style assessment to better understand modern love and why many face a love depression today.
How will you change in the decades ahead—and what truly leads to happiness? In this closing session, Arthur shares insights from his bestseller From Strength to Strength and explains why your path to a better life can begin right now.
